Tasting Notes:

The refreshing charms of this slate-laced Kabinett are pure-drinking enjoyment. Though still young, the nose suggests crisp aromas of lime and grapefruit, white peach and apricots and a touch of honeysuckle and mint. Youthful acidity dances through a lush weave of candied pineapple and passion fruit. And time in the glass reveals a lingering, stony, sultry finish.

Serving Suggestions:

Racy and refreshing, this is the perfect aperitif in its youth, and once given some time to mature, will go lovely with any number of sweet and spicy Asian cuisines.
