Tasting Notes:

Despite the playful dash of residual sugar, this off-dry Riesling takes its role very seriously. It opens with all the characteristics of the vineyard: floral leafiness, smoky minerality and the crisp green notes of young apricots. On the palate, bright flavors of lemon and apple lead into a pleasing spice finish. Its stony edges and a wandering soul show the impetuousness of youth, with a clear promise of a lovely future ahead. Drinking beautifully now!

Serving Suggestions:

Brilliant as an aperitif, on the beach or balcony, or served paired with a citrus glazed salmon.
