A full, ripe summer fruit basket in the nose as well as on the palate with graceful shades of strawberry, peach and lemon. Given time, the elegantly balanced tension of sweetness and ripe acidity opens to reveal complexity, depth and nuance beneath the initial juicy playfulness.

Serving Suggestions:

With 2015’s optimal conditions for a true Kabinett year, we recommend putting this gem into the cellar for a few years. She will be worth the wait. If opened young, be sure to permit plenty of time in the glass and then sip slowly and revel in your own ray of sunshine.
