Tasting Notes:

Subtle and refreshing, this dry Riesling strikes a beautiful balance between heady aromatic minerality and citrus elegance. With old vines ranging from 50-130 years old, there is far more here than first meets the eye (or nose!). Nuanced, layered apricot and herbal flavors are enhanced with ripe fruit flavors. The gentle saline finish ensures that one glass is never enough. Quintessential Saar: shy, stony and suggestive.
