Tasting Notes:

This is Riesling reduced to its core essentials: flint, floral, fruit. Spicy, zesty, with all the moody turbulence of a lovesick teenager. A complex range of flavors are wrapped as tight as a soldier’s bedroll. Electrifying acidity, nuanced structure and a hint of 2016’s softness and beauty when given time to develop - we recommend at least 3-5 years. Exceptionally long saline finish. If served in its youth, please decant or use large-bowled glasses.

Serving Suggestions:

A Riesling with the weight and finesse to handle the most challenging of food pairings from poultry to pork in any number of preparations -- don’t be shy!
