Tasting Notes:

The bouquet intoxicates with notes of cherry blossom, grapefruit and lime peel.  The palate awakes memories of white peach, green apple and grapefruit bound together with a gentle citrus web. Grippy with a long finish.
The unique combination of devonian slate and diabase lend this Riesling a freshness and distinctive minerality.  
The elegant acidity and fine slate smokiness ensure a playful liveliness.

Serving Suggestions:

An ideal, refreshing summer sipper or on its own as an aperitif. Also terrific with light dishes or fish.
