Tasting Notes:

An exclusive selection of small berries and loose clusters from our 60-year-old vines in the "Saarburger Rausch," a VDP-recognized vineyard.
The result is a wine of grand complexity both on the palate and in the nose. It offers a fragrant mix of slate, citrus, orange and pink grapefruit.  On the palate this Riesling shows depth and fullness, while maintaining both its precision and a steely backbone of spice and minerality. Still waters run deep in this one, considered by aficionados the unofficial little brother to our 'Großes Gewächs.' Long and lively finish.

Serving Suggestions:

We recommend serving this wine as an aperitif or with lighter fare.
