Refreshing lime and grapefruit notes in the nose. Tangy, salty and downright playful on the palate, beautifully balancing the vintage’s biting acidity with the bountiful sun. Intense minerality counters a creamy lemon sherbert finish. Playful and elegant.
Best enjoyed as an aperitif, with Sunday brunch, or paired at the table with baked scallops au gratin.
