Aromatic notes of ripe apricots, white flowers and vibrant citrus fruits open into a fluid and surprisingly dry palate of crisp lemon, orange sherbet and a precise minerality born of ancient Devonian slate. This is what Riesling was made to do.
Best enjoyed as an aperitif, with a warm sunset and good friends.
