Tasting Notes:

Like its namesake, our 2014 Butterfly soars high in the glass and on the palate with balanced wings of sweet orchard fruits, citrus acidity and slate-laced minerality. A gentle breeze of dry mountain grass and herbs brings the wine to a heavenly finish. Perhaps BJ Thomas said it best when he sang: “Lips are sweet as candy, the taste stays on my mind.” One sip and you’ll be caught happily in its net.

Serving Suggestions:

The playful, sweet touch here makes this off-dry Riesling the perfect companion to a wide variety of modern dishes, from salad with miso-honey dressing to soba noodles with cucumbers or any number of spicy vegetable-based cuisines.
