Careful selection and multiple passes in the vineyard yield a true Riesling gem. Sophisticated and subtle, the wine opens with lilting floral notes of dewy meadows, wet stone and a touch of spring moss. Rich, ripe flavors of peach and date spill from the tightly laced acidic corset, belying the power and opulence that lie within. A wine of pure beauty and balance with a very long and bright future ahead.
Recommended cellaring for at least 5 years to develop its full complex spectrum. Excellent on its own, with a carefully curated cheese plate, or as the final grace note to a beautiful meal.
