Tasting Notes:
Bold and beautiful, with expressive fruity notes of red apple and strawberry leading into a fine spring florality. Lush lemon, tangerine and freshly cut apple flavors mingle with the cooling stony accents of rainwater and fresh herbs. Medium-bodied, with ripe acids and a long, lingering mineral finish. Time in the glass reveals a sophisticated balance of savory spice and refined sweetness. Delicious now, but given a few years in the cellar this wine will shine with its full potential.
Serving Suggestions:
The characteristic interplay of sweetness and acidity make this an ideal companion to a diverse range of mild to moderately spiced dishes, cream sauces and Asian fare such as Thai beef salad.
