Tasting Notes:

Our Rieslings have often been described in the press as "butterfly-like," including by noted Riesling expert Stuart Pigott. And because we couldn't agree more, in 2002 we took the name to both heart and label and debuted our Riesling feinherb as the now beloved Zilliken Riesling Butterfly.
Like the four wings of the butterfly, we believe our feinherb displays the many facets of a Saar Riesling: fruit, whimsy, minerality and grace. From the first sip, this Riesling wine charms and refreshes. Few drinkers can keep from smiling while they reach for seconds.

Serving Suggestions:

This top quality wine blends the playful liveliness of the Saar Rieslings with power and opulence, making it the ideal off-dry wine to pair with almost any sophisticated cuisine.
Through the tangy balance of sweet and sour, this wine is an ideal aperitif, an extremely versatile pairing with food, or as the perfect end to anything from a great meal to a great day.
