Tasting Notes:

We undertake a rigorous selection process in order to search out the golden, shriveled yet botrytis-free grapes. Our reward: subtle floral notes, hints of tropical and dried fruits — raisins, dates and figs in particular — all under a fine shroud of mineral and acidic lace. Threads of mint and chamomile keep the fruity opulence both taut and refreshing. Excellent aging potential.

An ideal aperitif.
