Tasting Notes:
Alluring notes of peach, honey and lime blossom croon a mildly sweet love song from a smoky, mineral stage. Creamy citrus flavors of grapefruit and lemon zest are draped over a well-fitting and racy dress. Medium-bodied, with a suggestive sweetness that develops into juicy, balanced yet still graceful flavors redolent of apricot and apple, with savory herbal accents. A lingering citrus finish fades just as the curtain closes on the final lingering smoky finish. Drinking beautifully now and will continue to improve and develop over the next 5-10 years.
Serving Suggestions:
The playful grace and spoonful of sugar deliver an unparalleled versatility when it comes to food pairing. Try a fine sashimi, cured salmon or spicy Asian fare such as pad Thai, heavy on the fresh crunchy vegetables and noodles.
