Tasting Notes:

The first impression in the nose - a classic Riesling from the Saar! A bouquet with a delicate character of slate as well as floral nuances. At the gums, white peach, mirabelle plum, and yellow apple, playfully mixed with tender notes of vanilla. A well-balanced acidity and a fresh minerality in the finish give this Riesling an elegant structure and expression.

Serving suggestions:

A bread and butter wine for every day. Pairs perfectly with light, summer cuisine including salads, white meats, or subtle fish dishes. Also great on its own!
