Tasting Notes:

Formerly known as kabinett trocken, this captivating village Riesling is
unafraid to reveal the full operatic power of place. The nose opens
with enchanting florality and aromas of ripe lemon. Without a hint of
residual sugar to tamper the high notes, a thrilling aria emerges from
first sniff to final sip. The sleek, stony palate is stripped down to its
haunting bare essentials, nearly transparent in its purity. Slow-to-reveal
flavors of lime zest, green tea, and cox orange apple echo on the
palate, while the saline minerality brings the many layers together with
a quick and steady tempo. Delightful, pithy and lingering:
quintessential Saar.

Pairing:

The delicacy of this wine will pair well with an equally
disciplined dish such as raw asparagus or herb salad, cold
spring peas with feta and sumac
