Tasting Notes:

True to its name, the nose of this feinherb opens with an aromatic
summer symphony of currants, strawberry, and gooseberry, accented
with grace notes of summer lilacs. Crisp and refreshing, it reveals a
balanced acidity, citrus juiciness and lingering, elegant pith. Simple
but never simplistic, and the perfect introduction to the sweeter side of
the Zilliken range.

Pairing:

Think cheese. From beetroot salad with goat cheese to fresh
cheese with red berries to a tomato confit with burrata. Or
perhaps best of all: a small wedge of whatever comes to hand,
a picnic basket, and two glasses.
