Tasting Notes:

Warm conditions, protected forest ridges and a noble pedigree dating back to the Kings of Prussia make the Bockstein predestined for wines of opulence and noblesse. Delicate citrus aromas open with a radiant herbal freshness evoking dill and spring grass before leading into a vibrant juicy apricot decadence. Resolves with a crisp acidity and zesty lime bite on the long, lingering finish. Still defined primarily by its fruit, it will reward a long cellaring with incredible depth and complexity.

Serving Suggestions:

Beauty this stunning is best enjoyed on its own merits, to a chilled glass and good company. It is more than willing to handle weightier fare such as roasted pork or chicken, spicy Asian fare, or a plate of aged soft cheese.
