Tasting Notes:
Bright and juicy, this butterfly soars high on citrus and floral wings. Playful, tangy flavors of lime and granny smith apple are heightened with refreshing accents of lemon balm. An off-dry beauty with a zesty, zippy finish. Drinking beautifully now and will continue to develop over the next 1-3 years.
Serving Suggestions:
With crisp and clarion flavors, this butterfly is delightful with a great view, good friends or a comfortable chair. Then again, there’s almost always room for a bowl of fresh apricots, simple canapés and other picnic fare.
