Tasting Notes:

Fragrant first notes of apricot, straw and wet stone, giving way to a bright and dry palate of fresh fruits and nimble acidity. A zesty lime finish ties the whole package up with a beautiful balanced bow. This is the steadfast slate cornerstone on which the entire portfolio is built -- all the Riesling flair with none of the fuss.

Serving suggestions:

Serving suggestions: A bowl of fresh fruit would certainly heighten the flavor, but some wines are just so beautiful on the inside that food would merely be a distraction. Our recommendation: grab a bottle (or two) and go.
