Tasting Notes:
Dreamy floral aromas are interwoven with threads of white currant and vineyard peach. A delicate mossiness, and vibrant notes of grapefruit, granny smith apple and accents of green tea. Dry, with crisp citrus flavors, savory spice and a pleasant lime grip on the palate. Expressive, enchanting and elegant with a lingering saline finish. Drinking well now, but still a mere babe in the proverbial woods and will benefit from some years in the cellar.

A glass of chilled indulgence following a long day, perhaps accompanied by a simple vesper plate of marinated vegetables, sliced meat and cheese.
