Tasting Notes:

Off-dry, with fragrant notes of ripe apricot and melon, apple and orange blossom layered with a cool herbal elegance. The clear and creamy palate is marked with a focused salinity and underscored with the zippy flavors of apple and grapefruit. Deliciously drinkable with a persistent, mouth-watering minerality on the finish. Beautifully now, and will continue to develop in the coming years: 3-5 years.

Serving Suggestions:

Lovely and versatile with a “spoonful of sugar worthy of Mary Poppins”. Try fresh strawberries and young cheese, a fine sashimi, or even mildly spicy Asian fare, such as pad thai.
